The role of Team Leader will be responsible for the management of five Recruitment Support Consultants. Largely back end, responsibilities of this team mainly involve administration, engagement, and compliance during the pre-placement journey of a candidate through Jira ticketing system, in addition to inbound phone management, and roster delivery. Between August 2022 till December 2023, the team has resolved roughly 20,000 business requests through our ticketing system JIRA.

As an instructor, private tutor, and specialised coach, it is my job to ensure I provide an enjoyable, relaxing environment to cultivate a passion for learning salsa. Generating a connection, and maintaining a healthy relationship with customers ensures a comfortable atmosphere, and securing repeat business. The expectation to advertise and market TSF through social media and WOM marketing is also required. 

Duties include:
•	Private tutor for beginners and intermediate classes.
•	Uphold dance standards for both lead and follow positions.
•	Providing an enjoyable lesson in Salsa dancing in a relaxing environment to help build up a love 
        for dancing.

Starbucks Australia is a dedicated coffee serving company that prides itself in its customer service.  Each store aims to bring repeat business via the conversion of customers to Starbucks regulars. This is done through unparalleled customer service and beverage quality. Tasks and requirements when being a barista at Starbucks include:  Greeting, taking orders, making and delivering beverages for customers, up-selling and promoting products and culture, on-the-spot conflict resolution, providing training to new staff when needed, and upholding Starbucks standard of customer service. 

Duties also include:
•	Double checking money deposit
•	Performing the daily and nightly shift tasks which included:
       - Closing and opening the store.
       - Operating and maintaining machines
       - Maintaining cleanliness standards within the store and bar 
       - Stock rotation and management.

The Mexican restaurant and bar is driven by the cause of exposing customers to authentic Mexican cuisine at an affordable rate.  As the headwaiter, tasks would include: greeting, taking orders and serving customer food and drinks, setting up and closing down the store, opening and closing register, and training new staff. Upholding highest level of customer service, being a team player with all staff, and keeping to rules and regulations were expectations I surpassed.
