Developed and partnered with senior leadership teams to roll out a new survey assessment and consulting process useful for diagnosing and enhancing data and analytics maturity of business units. Conducted a needs assessment of Allstate's Data and Analytics Communities of Practice that will enhance future strategies and built an assessment CoPs will use to measure and enhance their effectiveness. Provided instructional design and corporate learning best practice consultation to a team of talent management professionals serving Allstate's data and analytics business unit.

Lead Consultant Talent Management, Data, Discovery, & Decision Science Team

Led a team of learning and program evaluation SMEs to enhance the design and effectiveness of Allstate's Key Leadership Development and Talent Management offerings, including transitional programs for new leaders, Top Talent/HiPo programs, the Enterprise Employee Engagement Survey, and Wellbeing offerings. Partnered with the HR controller to facilitate the budget planning and reporting process in the Talent & Leadership Effectiveness area to keep the department on budget and ensure dollars spent were producing solid business results.

Lead Consultant Workforce Insights Team

Managed the company’s Succession Management process. 
Provided analytics and survey evaluation consulting/support for all Talent Management processes and various Leadership Development and Wellbeing offerings. 
Stewarded the Talent and Leadership Effectiveness department’s budget planning/reporting processes.

Associate Manager HR Talent Management Team

Assessed and made recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Talent Management processes such as Succession, Performance Management and Career Development using HR Analytics and program evaluation techniques including survey research, focus groups, and interviews. 
Developed Succession guidelines around risk of loss and other predictive metrics to help reduce vacancy risk and improve organizational effectiveness. 
Led measurement and evaluation efforts for an enterprise-wide culture change effort, Allstate's Leadership Principles.

Sr. Consultant Workforce Insights

Taught three courses per semester for the BA in Organizational Leadership and MA in Human Resources programs on topics such as HR metrics, Leadership, Teams, and Diversity in the Workplace. Assisted in the development of performance metrics for the BA and MA programs, and created a plan for tracking student data. Took the initiative to conduct a needs analysis and develop an on-boarding manual for new hires in the department.

Assistant Professor - Educator

Co-investigator on a University of Cincinnati consulting team working on a fast-paced project in collaboration with the Veterans Health Administration National Center for Organization Development. Tasked with assessment of a multi-million dollar investment in training and other HR initiatives directed toward VA’s 200,000+ employees. Work was focused on ensuring that HR investments served a strategic role and provided value to Veterans and their families. Utilized a broad array of data including Engagement Surveys, Training records, and VA business outcome data (e.g., Patient satisfaction, Length of stay, etc.). Assisted in the development of 10 in-depth evaluation reports, strategic operating plans, a metrics dashboard prototype, and ROI PowerPoint slide decks - all of which were delivered to VA leadership (avg’d about 20 hours per week).

HR Analytics Consultant

Invited participant (i.e. selected from a national pool of 50+ doctoral candidates) to the 7th annual P&G I-O Graduate Student Seminar.  Member of a five-person project team that provided recommendations to HR leaders regarding the development of an integrative HR analytic system.
