-Arcadia.io is a Population Health Management Company that threads together millions of diverse data points to create actionable insight across the care continuum. -Priorioritized and implemented the connector backlog with input from customer specific groups of stakeholders.
-Prioritized and managed tier 2 and 3 support tickets in Jira from customer specific groups of stakeholders.
-Managed/updated/deployed customer code to git repositories.

Sr. Technical Data Analyst

- Served as the Lead for Philips-Wellcentive's largest ACO customer while helping them solve the problems around bringing in data from hundreds of practices across 13 states.
- Worked with client stakeholders to build many different Care Management programs/solutions both inside the Wellcentive application as well as custom analytic reports delivered to their care managers for daily use.
- Scoped/developed/implemented customer automated bash scripts to run SQL reports and processes to ensure data was being ingested properly. This involved fixing file formatting before processing as well as checking data processing statistics to ensure data was being delivered
- Led data quality efforts to identify data gaps or mapping issues for ACO/HEDIS/custom measures.
- Worked with client stakeholders to project manage,  implement and maintain data integrations between their data sources (EHRs,LAB,Pharmacy,HIS,HIE,PM) and Wellcentive.

Philips Wellcentive

Technical Program Manager

- Managed 11 tier 1 application support analysts and tier 2 technical support analysts across 3 software applications.
- Maintained a minimum 80% tier 1 closure rate within a 10 days goal
- Maintained a 95% customer satisfaction rating 
- Created and maintained all reports, automated processes, workflows, third party integrations and custom scripts within the Zendesk solution.
- Managed the upgrade process from the older solution to the new Customer Support Portal
- Implemented Zendesk phone system to improve customer satisfaction and documentation practices.
- The support team managed and completed  hundreds of PQRS reporting submissions for practices that paid for the solution on an annual basis during submission season January thru April.

Customer Support Manager

- Worked with client stakeholders to project manage,  implement and maintain data integrations between their data sources (EHRs,LAB,Pharmacy,HIS,HIE,PM) and Wellcentive.
- Helped build the Implementation team from 2 to 16 resources. 
- Worked with cross functional teams to take ownership of tasks, create processes and improve workflows to streamline the implementation process.
