Dr. William J Ready is a highly esteemed professional holding a Ph.D. in Materials Science with a minor in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
With a strong background in electronic and nanoscale materials, Dr. Ready has an extensive publication record and has presented his research at numerous international conferences.
His expertise has been acknowledged through patents awarded in the United States and pending both domestically and internationally.
Dr. Ready has served as an expert witness in criminal and civil cases and as a keynote speaker at the Georgia State House Science & Technology Committee.
Alongside his academic achievements, Dr. Ready actively participates in various professional organizations including the TMS Electronic Packaging and Interconnect Materials Committee and the TMS Public and Government Affairs Committee.
As the Faculty Advisor for the Yellow Jacket Flying Club and a member of the Georgia Tech Faculty Senate and Faculty Statutes Committee, Dr. Ready is deeply involved in academic and institutional activities.
Having led a research team of eleven individuals, Dr. Ready's work spans across different sectors from academia to industry.
His research interests primarily lie in nanomaterial applications and electronics reliability, with a focus on securing substantial grants for cutting-edge projects.
