William Benner is a highly experienced and accomplished human capital consultant and coach with a broad range of knowledge and expertise. With a background spanning a variety of sectors - including private, public, and non-profit - he brings a unique perspective to his work. He is the President and Principal of WW Consulting, Inc., his own consulting firm, and a Founding Partner at Triscendance LLC. Benner's experience includes leadership, management, and consulting positions in areas such as HR strategy, executive coaching, position classification and compensation, and employee engagement. Benner holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Public Administration in Public Administration, Political Science, Government from the University of Virginia. He is also a graduate of the Coaching Program at Newfield Network and served on the Advisory Board for the former Human Resources Institute (HRI) and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp).
