Dr. Will Tibben is an accomplished professional with a strong background in Information Systems, Social Informatics, and Knowledge Management. He holds a PhD and a Master by Research from the University of Wollongong, specializing in ICTs, development, and information economics. Dr. Tibben serves as an Honorary Fellow at the University of Wollongong, where he has also held the position of Senior Lecturer.
