Will Kilty is a co-founder with a strong passion for creating scalable operations infrastructure for early-stage startups.

His experience includes working on various initiatives such as developing federal contracting product operations infrastructure, implementing cloud-based systems for staffing and recruiting, and designing product workflow systems for banking and compliance services.

Will's educational background includes studying finance, banking, corporate finance, securities, economics, and financial economics at both the University of San Diego School of Business and the University of Oregon.
