Will Bell is the Founder and Director of Nearcut Ltd and Book In Beautiful Ltd, where he leads the provision of online booking and marketing systems to barbershops, beauty salons, and small businesses.

With a first-class degree in computer science from Oxford University, Will Bell's technical background has been instrumental in developing the software for his companies and actively participating in product development.

Starting the venture from his university bedroom, Will Bell has bootstrapped Nearcut Ltd and Book In Beautiful Ltd over six years, now employing 18 team members and generating seven figures in revenue, with plans for further expansion in Europe.

In addition to overseeing the companies' growth, Will Bell has personally built internal CRM, marketing, and administrative tools to ensure adaptability and efficiency through software and automation.

He is currently seeking professionals to join his team in marketing, sales, customer support, and Ruby on Rails development roles.
