MSc. Whitney Furth

Whitney Furth, MSc., is a passionate advocate for transforming training into an engaging and enjoyable experience, believing it can foster connections, build community, and shape organizational culture.

With a background in Culture, Organization, and Management, Whitney's expertise lies in training team leadership, instructional design, program management, and evaluation.

She holds a Master of Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of St. Thomas (TX).

In her role as Training and Development Manager at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group and previous positions at companies like 10th Magnitude and Euromonitor International, Whitney has honed her skills in new hire onboarding, organizational ethnography, cross-cultural training, and leadership development.

Her experience at Kineo and Berlitz Corporation also provided her with a solid foundation in project management, learning and development specialist roles, and instructional management.

Whitney Furth's overarching goal is to imbue training programs with messages of value, understanding, and support for learners, ensuring accessibility, digestibility, and most importantly, enjoyment.
