Whitney Flynn

Whitney Flynn is an operational leader with a background in marketing and brand operations. She holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Marketing Concentration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Dartmouth College. Formerly, Whitney held key positions at The North Face, a VF Company, including Director of Global Brand Operations and Planning, Director of Marketing Operations, and Senior Manager of Marketing Operations. Prior to that, she was the Principal and Founder of Totem Strategy. Whitney also served in roles at Sequoia Capital as the New Programs Lead for the Young Founders Program, at Stanford Graduate School of Business as the Assistant Director of the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and Program Manager of Alumni Relations, and as the Sales and Regional Partnerships Manager at Patagonia. She is known for her ability to create processes and behaviors that empower high potential individuals to work together effectively as a team, bringing new ideas to fruition in dynamic environments.
