Wesley Harris

Wesley Harris, known as Wes, is the EVP and Global Chief Operating Officer at R/GA, overseeing the company's worldwide operations to drive growth and financial performance.

With a background in Psychology, Economics, and extensive experience at R/GA, Wes manages various teams and functions including Production, Business Operations, IT, and Shared Services.

Wes is responsible for setting and managing annual P&Ls for R/GA's global offices, as well as leading the productization of the agency's Intellectual Property.

Throughout his career at R/GA, Wes has successfully led global engagements with major clients like Nike, Samsung, HBO, and Walmart, delivering award-winning work that enhances brands and generates business results.

Educationally, Wes attended Hanover High School, graduated with a BS in Psychology and Economics from Connecticut College, and further pursued Economics studies at The University of Edinburgh.

His diverse roles at R/GA span from Executive Producer to Global Chief Financial Officer (Interim), showcasing his evolution within the organization from hands-on production to strategic financial leadership.

Prior to R/GA, Wes gained experience at PwC as a Manager and Consultant in Digital Production.
