Wes Turner is a Partner and CTO at Barrel, an ecommerce web agency, and Partner at Barrel Venture Partners, focusing on leveraging technology and software to help clients scale and grow.

With over 20 years of experience in website development, Wes has been leading Barrel's Tech teams for the past 6 years, specializing in creating intuitive and seamless customer experiences.

His expertise spans a wide range of tools and platforms including WordPress, Shopify, React, Vue, and headless/JAMstack applications, among others.

Wes Turner holds a BFA in Electronic Design & Multimedia from The City College of New York and has studied Theater Arts at the University of Louisville.

Previously, Wes has held positions such as Chief Technology Officer at Barrel, Real Estate Agent at City Connections Realty, Freelance Software Engineer at Wit Designs, and Field Manager at Zoom Media.
