Throughout her academic journey, Wendy balanced full-time and part-time jobs in supportive roles such as administrative/clerical, preventative maintenance, and cashiering, all while observing management and senior executives to learn organizational business processes.
While her degree is in Organizational Management, Wendy seeks the opportunity to transition into a management role to apply the skills and behaviors she has learned.
Wendy thrives on handling multiple priorities, delegating tasks efficiently, and focusing on achieving key daily objectives, showcasing her ability to manage administrative obligations and supervise employees effectively.
