Manuel Welby Evangelista

Welby Evangelista is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in credit card processing, payments solutions, software integration, direct sales, marketing, and business development. He is a graduate of the University of Utah, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work. Throughout his career, Welby has built several successful ventures, ranging from oil exploration, trucking, medical equipment sales, and marketing, to real estate, property development, software, and a number of dot com and e-commerce enterprises.

Welby is the Co-Founder and President of North Star Holdings, a vertically integrated multi-state cannabis enterprise with medical and adult-use marijuana cultivation, dispensaries, distribution, extraction facilities, packaging, and distribution serving thousands of patients and customers annually. He is also the former Co-Founder and President of Altiras Advisors, a successful payments company focused on customized payment processing solutions.
