Wayne Rader

Wayne Rader is a skilled Operations and Compliance Executive with years of experience in managing diverse and decentralized teams in highly competitive service industries. He has a solid background in business planning, budget creation, change management, program design and enforcement of compliance policies.

With a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis, Rader has a broad knowledge of business and human behavior. He has worked for prestigious organizations such as Bridgewater Associates where he acted as the Finance Operations Manager, the Leverager/chief of staff, and the Contracting Manager - Recruiting Department.

Rader has also worked as Director of Operations and Compliance at Advantage xPO, Director of Business Development at Walker Systems Support, and General Manager at New Horizons CLC of Windsor, Ct and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. During his career, he has launched new sales programs, marketing campaigns, and acted as the catalyst of two turn around organizations.

Rader specializes in change management, strategic thinking with tactical implementation skills, experience in compliance to industry, federal, and state laws, program design and implementation, budgeting and financial planning, and remote and multi-site management.
