Wayne Duan

Wayne Duan is a highly accomplished business executive with a strong background in e-commerce, digital commerce, marketing, and international business. He obtained an MBA in Consulting, Marketing, and International Business from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management after attaining a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Chicago. Wayne has been associated with some of the most prominent companies in the retail industry, including Walgreens, Target, and Banana Republic, where he served in a variety of senior leadership roles, from Senior Director and General Manager to Lead Merchant and DMM for Walgreens.com.

Wayne currently serves as the Vice President of E-commerce and Digital Commerce at Constellation Brands, a leading beverage alcohol company. In this role, he is responsible for driving e-commerce growth, identifying strategic opportunities, and executing digital initiatives. Previously, Wayne held several other positions within Walgreens, including Senior Director and General Manager, Walgreens Digital Commerce, Director, Walgreens Digital Commerce, and Lead Merchant and DMM, Walgreens.com, where he helped shape the strategic direction and execution of Walgreens digital commerce business.

Throughout his career, Wayne has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing. He has also worked in various other positions, such as management consultant at Archstone Consulting and merchandise buying, distribution, and planning analyst for Banana Republic.
