Hired, led and mentored the team that owned the content delivery API and infrastructure. Facilitated design discussions on platform-level features between various teams.

Also managed some one-off projects to build content delivery systems for brands like MarketWatch and News Austrailia.

Grew MRR to five figures in six months.

I built a highly customized marketing and purchasing funnel, and established KPI and data infrastructure to continuously optimize conversion.

Also managed day-to-day operations like production, inventory management, order fulfillment, customer service, subscription management, etc.

A marketplace that connects consumers with the personal loans. I was put in charge of all consumer-facing UX properties. I instrumented the loan application process and used data to improve application completion (~90% desktop; ~80% mobile) and conversion (~70% desktop; ~60% mobile). I also built tools to reduce partner on-boarding from weeks to days.

Mobile app that allows fitness trainers to offer a more interactive and affordable service. Signed on hundreds of potential customers and a dozen trainers in NYC with a prototype. Then ran out of money. :-(

Co-Founder

BPM and communication platform designed for emergency managers and first responders to manage and execute crisis response plans. Built the cloud infrastructure, backend and API. Also had technical ownership of core features like structured data engine, workflow engine and data pipeline.

BPM platform used by hundreds of thousands of internal users. I owned the data ingestion service that ingested files and triggered business processes. Spearheaded usability improvements; led the creation of UX standards, guidelines and review process.

Lead Analyst - SupportCentral

Rotation program with 6-8 month stints at various business units. One of my most interesting projects was to replace our in-house email security infrastructure with a cloud vendor. I led a team of network architects, engineers, ops people, and vendors in retiring the legacy system and rolling out the new service. Saved the company >$1M over the expected project life.

Food delivery company serving multiple cities in the southeastern US. I maintained and improved the company's web ordering platform and order dispatching system.
