Bobby Singh Dhadwar

Bobby Dhadwar is a highly accomplished scientist and engineer with a diverse set of interests and experiences in biotechnology research, genetics, and engineering. He has a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from McMaster University, as well as a M.A.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a B.A.Sc. in Environmental Chemical Engineering from Waterloo University.

Dhadwar has worked on unique projects throughout his career, including developing strategies for making meat without slaughter at Memphis Meats and de-extincting the woolly mammoth. He has also conducted anti-aging research with his mentor Dr. George Church at Harvard Medical School, with a focus on reversing age-related phenotypes in humans. Dhadwar has helped start biotech startup Egenesis, which aims to grow human-compatible organs in pigs for xenotransplantation using CRISPR gene editing technologies.

With extensive experience in a variety of roles, including Associate Director of Cell Line Development at Memphis Meats and former Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard University, Dhadwar has honed his skills in managing complex projects and working collaboratively in a laboratory environment.
