Warren Bates

Warren Bates is a seasoned leader in operations, finance, and strategy, with a track record of managing successful businesses, driving growth and profitability, communicating with stakeholders, evaluating and executing investments, and creating value for shareholders. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from MIT and has held various leadership roles in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings.

Bates has notably served as COO/CFO of Mend VIP, CFO of The Sonder Autism Center, Co-Founder/Partner of Washington City Hospitality (which includes the celebrated restaurants The Dabney and The Dabney Cellar), and Co-Founder/Partner of Bates Mill Partners. He has also held executive positions at the International Space Station U.S. National Laboratory, Sentinel Capital Partners, and Morgan Stanley.
