Walter Mascarenhas

Walter Mascarenhas is a highly accomplished motivational speaker, corporate trainer, and personal life coach with a specialty in management. He received his undergraduate degree in engineering from Amravati University and went on to complete a postgraduate diploma in management and marketing from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Walter is a certified NLP practitioner and an expert swim coach with experience leading large and diverse teams. Additionally, he is an ex-squadron leader of the Indian Air Force, an adventurer who has gone parasailing, river-rafting, paragliding, and cross-country driving all over the world, and an avid skydiver with over 300 jumps logged.

Walter has travelled extensively throughout the United States, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Denmark, Austria, Sweden, Jordan, and the Netherlands. He has personally coached hundreds of people, and is a true enabler, coach, guide, and mentor to many. He has worked extensively in a multicultural environment with several nationalities.

Currently, Walter lives in Goa and works globally. He is a regular speaker and trainer for corporations, professional colleges and institutes, giving guidance, lectures, and motivational talks. He runs several learning and training camps in collaboration with reputed outbound learning organisations, featuring adventures like parasailing, snorkelling, zorbing, hot-air ballooning, snow-skiing, rock climbing, trekking, white-water rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and more at cost-effective rates.
