Walter Davis
Walter Davis is a seasoned community organizer and advocate with experience in healthcare, education, and social justice. He has a diploma in History and Mathematics from J.M. Atherton High School, a BA in Political Science and History from Kentucky Southern College/University of Louisville, and has completed undergraduate courses in Spanish language at the University of Waterloo. With a passion for helping those in need, Walter has served as Executive Director/President of the National Organizers Alliance, Executive Director at Southern Empowerment Project, Health Care Advocate at Tennessee Health Care Campaign, and more. He has also worked as a Development Educator at One Sky, the Saskatchewan Cross-Cultural Centre, Inc. and as a Provincial Coordinator at Canadian University Services Overseas. Currently, Walter is an Associate and Organizing Team Member at Appalachian Community Fund Inc.
