Wade Clement
MBA Candidate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business - Oculus Fellow
Wade Clement is a former Program Director at Team Prime Time, where he played a key role in expanding the Prime Time Games inclusive sports league from 7 to 70 schools. This program uses a peer-mentor model to pair at-risk students with their classmates with disabilities, providing opportunities for over 2,000 students to participate in school-based sports together.134 Wade has a background in sports, having played as a goalkeeper for the Duke Men's Soccer Team, and he holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Duke University.1 He has also worked as an intern at the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
In addition to his role at Team Prime Time, Wade Clement is currently an Associate Brand Manager at Bayer.2 He is pursuing an MBA at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business to further enhance his leadership skills and business acumen, aiming to drive positive social change.1
