Costello's education includes studying Regents, General Studies at McQuaid Jesuit High School and earning a B.S. in Psychology from High Point University.
He has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as being a District Sales Manager at Forrester, a Strategic Account Manager at SiriusDecisions, an Associate Director at CCS, and serving on different boards and committees at High Point University and Coro Center for Civic Leadership.
Additionally, Costello has been involved in community initiatives and professional roles such as volunteering with Microsoft, participating in the Coro Center for Civic Leadership's Public Affairs program, working as a Wireless Consultant at Cellular Sales, being a Go Global Participant at YMCA of Greater New York, and serving as a Substitute Teacher at Webster Central School District.
