Vladimir Netchitailo is a highly experienced physicist with a focus on Laser Physics and Cosmology. He studied Laser Physics at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (State University) and received his Ph.D. from Moscow Lebedev Physical Institute in Laser Light Scattering and Damage to Crystals and Glasses. He also studied Doctor of Sciences at Moscow General Physics Institute, specializing in High Power Laser Interaction with Optical Polymers. Throughout his career, Netchitailo has held various leadership positions, including Chief Laser Physicist at BIOLASE, Chief Laser Physicist at Continuum, and R&D Director at PolyOptics, Ltd, Israel. He was also the Chief of Research Center at Research Institute for Medical Polymers.

Netchitailo's research focuses on developing the Hypersphere World – Universe Model (WUM), which provides a mathematical framework to explain the creation of the world to the present day, both on micro and macro scales. The model is based on a few basic assumptions that allow the calculation of primary parameters of the world, such as its age, Hubble's parameter, the temperature of the cosmic microwave background radiation, and the masses of neutrinos and dark matter particles. Netchitailo's latest paper, Dark Matter Cosmology and Astrophysics, summarizes the current state of the model, which is in excellent agreement with recent measurements and observations.
