Vladimir Matias

Vladimir Matias is a scientist, technologist, and entrepreneur who founded and currently serves as the President of iBeam Materials, Inc. in Santa Fe, New Mexico.12 He holds a B.S. in Applied Physics from Caltech and a PhD in Physics from Stanford University.14

With over 30 years of experience in advanced thin film technology, Matias is a world-leading expert in Ion-Beam Crystal Alignment technology.12 His career includes:
