Vlad Nikolaev is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in international affairs, legal support of business, and logistics.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in International affairs from the International Humanitarian and Economic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Jurisprudence with a focus on legal support of business from Francisk Skorina Gomel State University.

Currently, Vlad is the Co-Founder and CEO of Maxton Shipping, demonstrating his leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

His prior experience includes roles such as Key Account Manager at Tesla within DSV - Global Transport and Logistics, Supply Chain Specialist at the same organization, Logistics Coordinator at OL USA, Logistics Coordinator at Divine Enterprises Inc., Business Development Key Account Manager at Vektor Ltd, Freight Forwarder at Vektor Ltd, and Forwarding Manager at Barkov Trans.
