A.i  Industrial projects manager

Responsible for a controltower and booking operation (9 FTE) which are delivering services to the biggest oil & energy supplier worldwide. Within this operation I am responsible on a daily basis for:
-	Providing mid- and long-term adequate logistics solutions meeting customer’s needs;
-	Ensuring DHL meets it’s KPI with the client;
-	Managing a warehousing operation for moving targets around the world;
-	Ensuring supplier meet their contractual KPIs;
-	Managing and motivating of employees.

Supervisor Customer service & Airfreight

Working at the Customer service department for the biggest oilfield services company in the world.  Summary of tasks:
-	Ensuring consistent in- and outbound quality for shipments; 
-	Adjusting operational processes to meet customer’s requirements;
-	Providing quotations and implementing new lanes (both commercially and operationally);
-	Customer focal point for Q&A (phone/meetings);

Further to this:
-	Fully engaged in implementation of new customer during project-phase;
-	Acquainted with ISO standards and upholding these while implementing new processes;
-	Involved in internal audits for ensuring quality throughout the company;
-	Used to dealing with both suppliers and customers.

Logistics Coordinator

Working at the import department. Main tasks:

-Proper notifcation of customers with regards to import containers;
-Arranging customs clearance of containers and customs documentation;
-Providing quotes and handling these operation-wise;
-Customer focal point for Q&A.
