With a rich and diverse career, Vlad has ventured into various roles in the music industry, starting as an A&R Consultant at J Records LLC, progressing to Director of A&R at Capitol Records, and later becoming the General Manager at Frenchkiss Publishing.

Vlad's expertise led him to hold key positions such as Head of A&R at Partisan Records KFR Young One, Music Supervisor at Chandelier Creative, and even as a Music Producer at McgarryBowen.

His career highlights also include being the Music Supervisor and Producer at Mother, showcasing his skills in both music curation and production.

Prior to his music industry roles, Vlad Bar also gained experience in web production at Thomson Reuters and account management at Bates/141 Worldwide, demonstrating his versatility and adaptability across industries.
