Vitalii Melnychuk is an experienced IT professional with over 14 years of diverse experience in project management. Vitalii Melnychuk's education includes a degree in economics from the Ecomics and Law Lyceum of Mukachevo and a Master's degree in IT (Information Management Systems and Technologies) from the National Transport University of Ukraine.
