Virginia Raike

Virginia Raike is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the business of creativity. Having studied at the Senior College of New Zealand and the University of Auckland, where she received a BAS and an MArch (prof) in Architecture - 1st Class Honours, Virginia has amassed a diverse range of methodologies, systems, and learnings. Virginia has combined her human-centered design principles with her expertise to deliver practicable solutions to elusive challenges. She is well-poised to drive tactical advancement and is experienced in navigating complex scenarios, dynamics, and relationships.

Virginia has a prolific history in management, production, and operations, having worked for organizations such as The Venturous, Spinifex Group, AKQA, JUXT, Brosnan Construction, and Devonport Chocolates. Additionally, she served as a freelance writer for Architecture NZ Magazine and a tutor/technician at the University of Auckland Media Centre. Virginia's experience and expertise make her a savvy and well-rounded changemaker who can effectively shepherd teams through ambiguity to deliver on strategic objectives.
