Vinit Srivastava

Vinit Srivastava is an experienced professional who has spent nearly 16 years in the healthcare IT services industry. During this time, he has gained expertise in all phases of the software development process, including requirements management, system design, development, quality assurance, implementation, and maintenance support.

Vinit is currently performing the role of Account Growth at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. He is responsible for managing product support work in the claims area, along with leading a team of Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters in various programs. Additionally, he has experience with RFPs response and pursuits, exploring opportunities for optimization and efficiency, and executing proposals & amendments.

His extensive experience has led him to build strong relationships with IT and business leaders, enabling an environment of coordinated working and trust that ultimately leads to successful outcomes. Furthermore, he has experience in risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management.

Vinit holds a degree in BE (Hons) Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vidyasagar University. Prior to his current role, he worked at Infosys for several years, steadily progressing through the ranks from Software Engineer to Senior Project Manager.
