Vincent Scoma

Vincent Scoma is currently an Associate Principal Support Engineer (Enterprise) at Recharge Payments, a role he has held since June 2021. In this position, he focuses on troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues that have been escalated by Tier 1 support or other customer-facing groups. He also provides API support to merchants and developers, assists in resolving frontend issues related to the Recharge Widget, and collaborates with Account Managers to address the technical support needs of strategic customers.1

Prior to his current role, Scoma worked as a Senior Enterprise Support Engineer and a Support Engineer at Recharge, where he engaged directly with store owners to troubleshoot issues and improve support processes. His earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Happiness Specialist at Articulate and a Senior Support Specialist at Riskalyze, where he developed skills in customer support and technical problem-solving.1

Scoma holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University and has earned two Associate's degrees in Social Sciences and Math and Science from Los Medanos College.1
