Senior Technical Support Engineer

As a member of the Support organization, my focus is to:• deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate forcustomer needs.• resolve post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technicalquestions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.• be responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance tointernal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.As a Sr. Support Engineer, my goal is offer the entire support to customers for the following:• Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) for resolution of problemsrelated to the installation,• recommended maintenance and use of Oracle products,• have an understanding of all Oracle products in their competencies and in-depth knowledge of severalproducts and/or platforms,• highly experienced in multiple platforms and able to complete assigned duties with minimal direction frommanagement,• in this position, the routine is to act independently while researching and developing solutions to customerissues. - Key enter accurate and correct data from the transportation documents into the electronic tracking system, by ensuring requested deadlines (timing)•	In charge of scanning documents, verifying data entry work to ensure accuracy, distributing mail, filing, faxing, and answering phone calls when needed•	Deal with a high volume of information into a database all day•	Research and respond to various error messages, problems, and data discrepancies•	Support and communicate with Brokerage Department and Customer Service Department by submitting daily reports to them•	Support Logistics Department by providing with correct customers delivery details
