Vincent McLeese, a dedicated professional, is currently a Co-Founder and Partner at AW3L, a consultancy and accelerator specializing in crypto, blockchain, and web3 technologies.

With a strong educational background including a Masters in Management Grande Ecole, MSc Financial Economics from HEC Paris, Vincent has also excelled in his undergraduate studies by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History & Chinese from University College Utrecht.

Vincent McLeese's expertise lies in assisting non-crypto organizations in comprehending and implementing blockchain technologies. His proficiency in product management is evident through his successful ventures like a decentralized procurement platform for F500 companies, a blockchain digital ID wallet, and a blockchain pension ecosystem currently in production.

Vincent McLeese has also contributed to various organizations, having previously worked as a Consultant at Accenture, an Advocate at ORC Network, an Analyst at Accenture, and in Capital Markets at ING. He has also dedicated his time to volunteering at Bifengxia Giant Panda Base and CHOICE for Youth and Sexuality.
