Dr. Vikas Shah MBE DL

Vikas Shah MBE is a prominent figure in the UK's business world with vast expertise in entrepreneurship and trading. He has an honorary professorship at the University of Manchester and teaches at MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the CEO of Swiscot Group, a multinational trading business with a portfolio of investments in international ventures. Vikas is also involved with 53 Degrees North, a feature film studio, and was awarded an MBE in 2018 for his services to business and the economy.

Before this, he held several key positions, including board membership at Solicitors Regulation Authority, non-executive director at Fletchers Solicitors, and advisory board membership at Alliance Manchester Business School. He's also been part of the Digital Advisory Group at the British Council, as well as a member of the UK Industrial Development Board at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills.

Vikas has published several articles, speeches and academic research papers covering various aspects of entrepreneurship, global trade, innovation and technology, and is a popular conference speaker around the world.
