Vidya Venkatesh is a knowledgeable professional with a diverse background in Ayurveda, massage therapy, yoga, and holistic healing practices.

Her educational journey includes specializing in P.K.S. (Pancha Karma Specialist) at AyurVaidya Pharmacy in Kottukal, India, and obtaining a Certification as a Massage Technician from Healing Hands Massage School.

Additionally, Vidya pursued further studies in Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist (C.A.S.) at the prestigious California College of Ayurveda, enhancing her expertise in this ancient healing system.

Complementing her Ayurvedic knowledge, Vidya delved into the realm of yoga by completing a specialization in Ashtanga Yoga at the Asana Andiyappan School in Chennai, India.

To deepen her understanding of the human body, Vidya engaged in Anatomy & Physiology studies through Universal Class, enriching her practice with a scientific approach.

Further expanding her skills, she trained in Pancha Karma & Marma Therapy at The Ayurvedic Institute and in Yoga, Pranayam & Acupressure at Patanjali Yogpeeth, reflecting her holistic approach to wellness.

In her professional capacity, Vidya serves as a Faculty Member at the esteemed California College of Ayurveda, sharing her wealth of knowledge with future practitioners in the field.

With previous roles as an Ayurveda Instructor at Cal Copa Massage School and as a Director at Niroga Ayurveda, Vidya has demonstrated her leadership and instructional capabilities in various settings.
