Laura Bridge is a certified Ayurveda Chef, Nutrition and Diet Consultant with a passion for healthy eating and lifestyle. After studying at the Ayurveda Pura Academy, she began her culinary journey and has since become a highly sought-after chef, teacher and consultant. She later trained at the famous Leith's Cookery School, and her expertise spans Ayurvedic and Western cuisine. Her experience includes stints at the exclusive Soho Rooms, as well as working as a private chef for VIP families. Laura believes in the transformative power of food and has helped many people change their lives with her holistic approach to nutrition and wellness.
