Vidhi Sarswat

Vidhi Sarswat is a driven individual with a deep curiosity and a penchant for dreaming big. Her philosophy revolves around learning from experiences and prioritizing practice over perfection. While relatively new to the Human Resources field, Vidhi possesses keen skills in sourcing, screening, recruiting, and candidate management. Leveraging a background in Information Technology and Design, she excels in combining technical expertise with creative problem-solving in HR practices.

During her college years at Jai Hind College, Vidhi stood out as a proactive and engaged student. She held various leadership roles, including being a core member of the Departmental Graphic Designing Team and serving as a Student Council Member. Her diverse experiences have honed her interpersonal skills, time management abilities, and talent for building and nurturing relationships.

Currently serving as a Human Resources Executive at Kinnect, Vidhi has also garnered experience as a Human Resources Trainee at the same organization. Her prior roles include stints as an Illustrator and Graphic Designer at Humans of Bombay, a Human Resources Intern at Mitti Ke Rang, and an AR Filter Creator at Instagram. With a passion for social work, Vidhi aspires not only to succeed professionally but also to make a positive impact on the community.
