Victoria Melcher

Victoria Melcher is a versatile and accomplished professional with a background in theater arts performance and expertise in corporate culture and engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Baylor University, where she actively participated in work-study programs and student theater productions. Victoria's career path began at SegCity, where she worked as a tour guide and receptionist, before transitioning to customer service at Sotcher Measurement Inc. She eventually landed at BigCommerce, where she held a variety of roles, including HR and recruiting coordinator, recruiting specialist, and culture and engagement specialist. Today, Victoria serves as Manager of Culture & Engagement at BigCommerce, overseeing internal communications, community outreach, and employee engagement programs.
