Victoria McLeod is an experienced medical device training leader and a seasoned audiologist with a Master of Clinical Science in Audiology. With over 20 years of international experience in the hearing industry, Victoria has a track record of improving service delivery and organizational performance. She specializes in leading change and competency development, leveraging advanced knowledge of adult learning principles to develop and implement training programs tailored to organizational objectives and structures. She has a well-rounded audiology expertise that enables her to support sales teams, hearing care professionals, dispensers, and clinicians. Victoria is a Master Trainer certified by ATD and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competency from Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
Victoria completed her formal education at Western University, where she earned her Master of Clinical Science in Audiology, and at Minot State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree. She has worked in several hearing clinics, including Triton Hearing Clinics, Hastings Hearing Clinics, Chinook Hearing Clinic, Northern Ontario Audiology Services, and Sonus Hearing Clinic, where she held various positions as Regional Manager & Audiologist, Clinic Manager & Audiologist, and Audiologist.
With her in-depth knowledge of hearing clinic management, related operations, service delivery, technology/solutions, patient diagnosis, counseling, and treatment, Victoria is an expert in the hearing industry. She is a training manager at GN ReSound North America, where she provides leadership in medical device training. Before that, she was a Consumer Outreach Audiologist for Western Canada at GN ReSound North America. She also holds a Master Trainer Certification from ATD and a Certificate of Clinical Competency from Speech-Language and Audiology Canada.
