Victor Zapata

Victor Zapata is a seasoned Corporate Attorney with extensive in-house legal expertise in various sectors including telecommunications, financial consulting, real estate, and venture capital.

Specializing in Corporate Law, Regulations, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Trade, Public Policy, and Telecommunications, Victor Zapata brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his legal counsel role.

He holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Law degree from Universidad de Costa Rica, with additional studies in Political Science, Government/International Affairs, and Political Economy at prestigious institutions including Center of European Studies, FAES Foreign Studies Program, CATO Institute, and Francisco Marroquin University.

Victor Zapata has held key positions in recognized organizations such as Partner at ILA LEGAL, Chief Operating Officer at Migranet, Regional Project Manager, and Legal Manager at Telefonica. He also contributed to academia as a Juror Professor at UACA and International Trade Law Professor at ULACIT.

Furthermore, he has served as a Partner at BGL Legal & Consulting and Legal Counsel at Multinversiones. Victor Zapata also has a notable leadership role as the Former President of Asociacion Costarricense de Derecho Internacional - Coladic Costa Rica.
