Victor Wei

Victor Wei is the President of WHP Consulting, L.L.C., with a wealth of experience in strategic alignment, board governance, corporate communications, leadership profiling, and more.

His expertise includes strategy development, implementation, and alignment, as well as managing strategy redesign processes effectively. Victor has a strong background in government and community relations, executive and management performance evaluations, and talent development.

With a focus on leadership profile assessments, KPIs/Six Sigma, retained recruiting services, outplacement services, sales, branding management, exit strategies, and management mentoring & coaching, Victor brings a diverse skill set to the table.

He pursued a Master's Degree in Comparative Religion - Ethics at Graduate Theological Union and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from San Jose State University.

Victor Wei has served in various leadership roles, including as the Senior Advisor to the President for Strategy & Partnerships and the Interim V.P. of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Additionally, he has held positions such as the Interim President of the Foundation Board of Trustees and Trustee at the UNLV Foundation Board during his leave of absence to serve in the UNLV President's Office. Victor also has experience as the General Manager at Alarmco, Inc., and as an Advisory Board Member at the College of Sciences at UNLV.
