Victor Vigbedorh

Victor Vigbedorh, a math teacher for Sunnyside Unified School District, is a graduate of the University of Arizona's TEACH ARIZONA program. Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Victor began his education in his home country, earning his bachelor's degree in mathematics at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. After working as a math teacher in Ghana for several years, Victor came to the United States to work as a child care worker and resident manager in Pennsylvania and Florida. Eventually, he settled in Tucson, Arizona, where he continued his education as a graduate student.

Victor is passionate about education and believes that every child has a unique talent that should be nurtured in school. With a love of working with youth and a talent for thinking through complex problems, Victor is an exceptional educator who is dedicated to helping his students realize their full potential. His interests outside of teaching include reading, listening to music, and watching movies.
