With over 20 years of experience in Industrial Design and 17 years in the construction sector, Víctor has excelled as a Senior Project Manager overseeing projects from conceptualization to execution, including Building Management Systems and illumination projects following USGBC LEED criteria.

He specializes in Structuring Public Private Partnership (PPP) infrastructure projects and has held key positions advising various governments and organizations in Mexico and Central America.

Víctor's expertise spans across business development, project management, architecture, LEED, BIM technology tools, construction, renewable energy, and climate change / carbon accounting.

His educational background includes a Diploma in Project Management from Télécom SudParis, a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in energy, and a Bachelor's in Industrial Design, all from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara.
