Jeff Schwane

Jeff Schwane is a dedicated software engineer and professional mechanical engineer who is passionate about combatting climate change and promoting a 100% clean energy future. With a strong background in technical skills, people and project management, and relationship management, he excels at understanding and addressing challenges in decarbonizing the economy. His experience includes developing a SaaS energy efficiency product, implementing building energy efficiency retrofits, working on electrification projects, designing renewable energy systems, and green building design such as Passive House and LEED. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Stanford University, studied Python Software Development and Data Science Bootcamp, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University. His professional journey includes roles at Cortex Building Intelligence, Carbon Lighthouse, Arup, Bright Power, Inc., GE Energy, Royal Institute of Technology, and Pratt & Whitney.
