Faiz Simon
Victor Simon is a well-known real estate pioneer, known for his operational, management, and real estate expertise that he has cultivated throughout his career. Currently, Simon leads the Real Estate Assets team within the Simon Group Holdings, where he is responsible for directing various real estate investments, partnerships, and acquisition efforts. Born into a family business, Simon Store, Inc., Victor climbed the corporate ladder, helping to steer the Great Lakes Ice Company in its sale in 1995. As Director of Real Estate for Fast Track Ventures, Victor earned a reputation for consistently inspiring his employees and peers to work to their fullest potential while maintaining strong and loving family relationships. Victor's passion for empowering the people and businesses within Southwest Metro Detroit has brought him to where he is today.
