Victor Alvarez

Victor Alvarez is a seasoned real estate investor and one of the founding members of Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI), with over $500 million of transactions and 20 leases with Fortune 1000 companies.

He oversees the firm's business strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, capital sourcing, and portfolio management, previously serving as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal's North American Commercial Restructuring practice.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University and founded the Victor C. Alvarez Spark Innovation Award for Tulane University students.

He is also the founder of Lucky Tree LLC, an early-stage venture capital platform that has invested in companies like Thrive Market, Foxtrot, and the Bouqs Co.

Passionate about the arts and music, Victor produced the film 'Yellow Rose' and a musical collaboration 'Up Here' by Bobby Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez.

In his leisure time, he enjoys outdoor activities like golfing, skiing, and running, being a founding member of Hogs Head Golf Club in Ireland and Paako Ridge Golf Club in New Mexico.

Actively involved in various philanthropic efforts at Englewood Hospital, Tulane University, Bergen Family Center, Tenafly Nature Center, and as a Board of Trustees member at Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood, N.J.
