Vickram Gidwani
Neural Interfaces/AR/VR at Facebook Reality Labs
Vickram Gidwani is an accomplished electrical and electronics engineer with a strong education background from Stanford University. He possesses a Master of Engineering - MEng and a Bachelor of Engineering - BE, both in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to this, he received his high school diploma from Horace Mann School.
Throughout his career, Vickram has gained extensive experience in various organizations, including Facebook Reality Labs, CTRL-labs, and Varian Medical Systems, to name a few. He currently works as a Neural Interfaces Engineer at Facebook Reality Labs, where he applies his expertise in electrical engineering to develop advanced neural interfaces.
Vickram's previous roles include Hardware Engineer and Electrical Engineering Intern at CTRL-labs, where he worked on developing non-invasive neural interfaces. He also worked as an EE Teaching Assistant at Stanford University, where he helped students understand challenging concepts in electrical engineering.
In addition to his professional experience, Vickram has held various leadership positions, including President of the Stanford Biomedical Engineering Society. Furthermore, he has worked as a research intern at both Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Case Western Reserve University, where he gained experience working on a range of medical research projects.
