Kapil Jain is an accomplished inventor, entrepreneur, and audio technologist who has made significant contributions to the field of personalized auditory immersion technology. With over a decade of experience in research, system and platform engineering, business development, and leadership roles, Jain has authored over 40 patents in audio enhancement and interaction technologies, acoustics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital signal processing, and platform architecture. Before co-founding EmbodyVR, Jain was the Senior Director in the Office of the CTO at Marvell Semiconductor where he incubated the audio product line and led technical and research activities for next-generation processors and audio technologies. Jain earned his MS in Electrical Engineering - Systems from the University of Michigan and his B.E.(Hons), EE from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Outside of work, Jain enjoys music, mountaineering, skiing, cycling, and running.
