Venugopal Shankar is a skilled CMMI certified Project Lead with over 10 years of experience in DMS and Assisted Sales Competency. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Operations Management from Alliance University and a Bachelor of Commerce from Rani Sarala Devi Educational Institutions. His primary school days were spent at Padmavathi School, where he excelled in Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.

Throughout his career, Venugopal has contributed to sustainable development by empowering and mainstreaming DMS services. He has suggested and directly worked with managers and clients to design more efficient workflow models between stages of support, which have become accepted industry standards. He possesses exceptional skills in MS Office, Windows, Communication, Management, Report Writing, Documentation, English, Training, Report Writing and Web-Based Applications.

Before becoming a consultant at Aditya Birla Minacs, Venugopal worked as a Project Lead at Canon India, an Executive Operations at Newgen Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and a Project Co-Coordinator at Tyrus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. He uses his expertise in document management to streamline processes across the board.
